Ceiling Bubbles From Water Damage

This was the cause of the flood in this home came from the floor above after the homeowner left the bathtub water running and forgetting about it. The water leaked through the floor causing the basement ceiling to bubble as shown in the photo.  Once the water was removed from the first floor the water could then be drained properly, and the ceiling was dried out before the restoration began.  It was then patched up and repaired, along with a new coating of paint. Thanks to SERVPRO of Western Lehigh County there is no more water bubbles in this basement!
