Setting Up a Dehumidifier

In this video you see a dehumidifier being set up after a water damage in a apartment building. Also not shown air movers were being placed throughout the apartment.  The hose that is being un wrapped by Lennon one of our Project Managers is placed in a source that will drain the water taken from the air.  This could be a sink,bathtub, or even a large trash can if nothing else is available.  This equipment will run until the apartment is completely dry to be sure no mold will grow, as well as the air quality is safe to be in. This is just a small clip of everyday tasks performed by SERVPRO of Western Lehigh County.
